- Enter the recruitment name and the payment category.

- Once done, proceed and confirm the details entered, then click the confirm button.
- Now select the payment method: such as net banking, NEFT/RTGS/ATM, etc.

- Firstly you need to visit the official website of SBI e collect.
- On the homepage proceed to the checkbox to agree to terms and conditions.
- Move ahead to the menu and select ‘payment history’, the portal will provide two options to check the payment history:
- Any user can select the date range from when they want to view the history.
- Enter the following details i.e-
- Registered mobile number
- date of birth, and
- captcha code.

- Finally click on the “Go” button.

- Use of the reference number used on the payment receipt. The receipt number starts with the character “DU”.
